Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 2026-07-13 · version 2026-07-13-draft

Draft — pending legal review. Not yet binding.

1. Purpose

This policy sets the ground rules for using Ever responsibly. It supplements the Terms of Service; a violation of this policy is a violation of the Terms.

2. Prohibited conduct

Don't: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the platform; scrape or bulk-extract data from Ever or other users' wedding sites; attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls; upload unlawful, infringing, or harassing content; or use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.

3. Guest data

Only add guests you have a lawful basis to contact (e.g. an existing relationship or their consent). Don't purchase, scrape, or otherwise source guest contact lists from third parties without a lawful basis.

4. AI concierge

Don't use the AI concierge or assistant features to generate unlawful content, to impersonate someone without disclosure (e.g. vendor outreach that misrepresents who's writing), or to attempt to extract other users' data or the underlying model's system instructions.

5. Vendor conduct

Vendors may not pay for ranking placement, submit fake reviews or bookings, or misrepresent pricing or availability. Manipulating the glass-box ranking signals is a Terms violation and grounds for account suspension.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and remove violating content. [COUNSEL: confirm appeal process and notice requirements.]

7. Contact

Report abuse or ask questions: [COUNSEL: insert contact + mailing address.]
