1. What this covers

This policy explains the cookies, local storage, and similar technologies Ever uses on the app (app.ever.wedding) and the public wedding sites (ever.wedding/w/...).

2. Strictly necessary — always on

Session and authentication cookies (sign-in), CSRF protection, and your cookie/analytics consent choice itself. These are required for the service to function and are not switched off by your consent choice.

3. Analytics — region-gated consent

We use PostHog for product analytics (page views, feature usage) to understand and improve the product. We do not sell this data.

If you're browsing from the EU/EEA, UK, or California, analytics is off until you opt in via the cookie banner ("opt-in" regions). Everywhere else, analytics runs by default and the banner lets you opt out ("opt-out" regions). Region is detected on a best-effort basis (edge network location, falling back to browser language) and is not a substitute for a legal determination of your residency.
