1. Who we are

Ever ("Ever", "we") provides an all-in-one wedding-planning platform: a wedding website, registry and cash funds, guest and budget management, vendor discovery, and an AI concierge.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. [COUNSEL: confirm entity name, jurisdiction, and governing law.]

2. Payments and cash funds — Stripe is the money transmitter

All money movement runs through Stripe Connect. Funds from guest contributions and registry payments settle directly to the couple's connected Stripe account via destination charges. Ever never takes custody of, holds, or controls user funds.

Because Stripe is the licensed money transmitter, Ever is not a money services business. [COUNSEL: confirm this characterization and any state money-transmitter exposure before enabling live funds — this is the gating legal review.]

Card processing fees are disclosed to the contributing guest before payment. Ever charges no platform fee on cash funds.

3. Vendor marketplace — no pay-to-rank, no fake leads

Vendor ranking is performance-based and transparent (reviews, completed bookings, responsiveness, verification, price fairness). Vendors cannot pay for placement.

Leads shown to vendors carry provenance and reflect real couple interest. [COUNSEL: confirm vendor agreement terms, billing model, and review/defamation policy. A separate vendor agreement governs vendor accounts.]

4. AI features

The concierge and assistant features generate suggestions and drafts (budgets, tasks, speeches, vendor outreach, contract summaries). These are aids, not professional, financial, or legal advice. The contract X-ray is a reading aid and is expressly not legal advice.

Actions that change your data are previewed and require your confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sending it.

5. Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, guest data). You grant Ever a license to host and display it to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers and liability
